The El Dorado YMCA was looking to add some character and depth to their indoor pool area. They wanted something that represented the long and rich history of the YMCA while still being pertinent to the indoor pool area. I first created the water drop shape that flowed into the sweeping wave. I then assembled and edited the photos from oldest to newest from left to right inside the shape. Both the shape of the piece and the pictures implies the idea of small to big and old to new. The YMCA logo is nestled inside the inner crest of the wave.
