The North Wichita YMCA commissioned the design of a mural for the entrance of their lobby. The YMCA required the phrase “strong kids, strong families, strong communities” to be included in the mural. The material used is brushed aluminum dibond. The three phrases were cut out by water jet to allow the green wall behind to color the letters. Layered behind were three pictures that represented each phrase. All three were positioned in a downward staircase fashion to add more depth to the mural.
